When you log into the NEWA platform with your secure user profile, Favorite Stations and NEWA tools need to be activated for use. If A white screen appears when logged in when you try to use the models. if you do not configure those settings. Follow the steps below to fix the problem.

Log in (1 of 4)
Log in to the NEWA platform. If you do not have an account, create one by clicking 'Sign up' on the login screen.
Add your Favorite Stations (2 of 4)
After login, click 'User Settings' > 'Favorite Stations'. Either type the name of a weather station and select it, or click a map location to add to your Favorite stations list.
Activate your NEWA Models (3 of 4)
Click 'User Settings' > 'NEWA Tools'. Then toggle the models you want to the 'On' position.
Verify the settings work (4 of 4)
Go to the model that previously displayed the white screen. The page should now show up. If you still have problems email newa@cornell-ipm.org for additional assistance.
